Resolution Resources provides a whole systems approach to conflict in organizations to more easily resolve and to better prevent conflict thus enhancing morale and improving productivity.

Resolution Resources offers training, consulting, and coaching to enable organizations, schools and communities to better resolve conflict.

    Individuals come to us to increase self-awareness and attain personal peace by learning to understand, leadership, conflict and change.

    Organizations, schools, & communities come to us to understand and change the dynamics of conflict through peaceful leadership.  

Our vision is to be the best leadership/conflict resolution coach, one that people, organizations, schools, and communities turn to for individual and collective guidance in the resolution of conflicts through peaceful leadership.
